Detailed description of workflow
Standby conveying: After the equipment is started, the conveyor belt runs in a timed stepping manner according to the set parameters, and stops automatically when reaching the specified position, waiting for manual feeding.
Feeding into the vacuum chamber: the operator puts the packaging bag on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt brings the materials into the vacuum chamber.
Closing and vacuumizing: the upper working chamber falls down automatically and the vacuum pump begins to extract air from the working chamber. When the preset air extraction time is reached, the pneumatic valve closes to stop air extraction.
Inflation (optional): if equipped with the inflation function, the inflation valve is opened, and the protective gas (such as nitrogen) is filled according to the set parameters, suitable for the materials easy to oxidize or need to be preserved.
Pressurization sealing: the pressurization valve opens automatically, the air bag inflates, pushes the supporting plate, heating rod and heating strip to press the sealing part, and the heating strip is heated by electricity to complete the sealing.
Cooling air bleed: After sealing, the heating strip stops heating and enters the cooling delay stage, then the air bleed valve opens automatically and the working chamber returns to the normal pressure.
Uncovering and discharging: the upper working chamber opens automatically, the conveyor belt rotates, and the packaged products are sent out of the working platform. At this point, one working cycle ends and the equipment automatically enters the next cycle.
