Usage process:

1. No-load test run: Ensure the power supply is 380V (special voltage requires customization), connect the power, press the start switch, and let the machine run idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for any abnormal noise or friction, and confirm that the internal dehydration system and the conveyor belt operate smoothly.


2. Uniform feeding: Once the machine is running smoothly, pour the cleaned and cut vegetables and fruits (cabbage, shredded potatoes) onto the conveyor belt. Be careful to feed the material evenly to avoid excessive overlap.


3. Automatic discharge: After dehydration is completed, the cylinder slows down to the discharge speed, and the suspended discharge conveyor device automatically discharges the material onto the conveyor belt.

How to solve the problem of abnormal noise in the fully automatic dehydration line?

Abnormal noise is often caused by damaged or improperly tensioned belts, poorly lubricated or worn bearings, or the entry of foreign objects. It is necessary to inspect the belt, adjust the tension or replace it; add lubricating grease; and remove any foreign objects from the machine.


Maintenance method:

Daily maintenance: After daily use, it is necessary to clean the residue inside the mesh holes to prevent blockage and affect the dehydration effect, and to wash the internal dehydration parts of the machine and the conveyor belt with water.


Monthly maintenance:

All moving parts of mechanical components must be kept lubricated.

All chains, sprockets, gears, gear racks, and other rotating components should be regularly lubricated with oil or grease.

Regularly add lubricating oil to all pivot joints.

It is recommended to check the tension of the motor belt every two weeks. If the belt slips, adjust the position of the motor or replace the belt. Pay attention to whether the belt is deviated or damaged, and adjust it in time to prevent affecting the transmission performance.
