Usage process:

1. No load test machine: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), fix the equipment steadily, and check that the cutting tools are firm and not loose. Remove debris and oil stains from the cutterhead, and check if the rotation direction of the cutterhead is correct. Start the no-load operation for 2-3 minutes, observe whether the blade speed is normal and whether there is any abnormal noise. Only after confirming that there are no abnormalities can it be put into use. Note that the idle time should not be too long to prevent the blade edge from being burned due to heat.


2. Uniform feeding: Continuously feed the boneless meat pieces into the feeding port. The meat pieces are cut into slices by the first set of blades and then cut into shredded meat between the second and third sets of blades. The upper and lower cross knife groups process meat without damaging the fibrous tissue of the food, with fresh cut surfaces and uniform thickness. Different specifications can be met by changing the blade group, and the cutting process can be fully automated.


3. Automatic discharge: After entering the material bin, the material will be cut into regular filaments or sheets at high speed under the action of centrifugal force, and will be automatically thrown out along the discharge port. Please make sure to place the material receiving frame or conveyor belt below the discharge port in advance.

Rack and box: The whole machine is composed of a high-strength 304 stainless steel rack and a closed box. Cutting mechanism (core): composed of two sets of intersecting blade groups at the top and bottom. Installation and Debugging

Fix the device steadily on a sturdy ground, connect a power supply with leakage protection, and ensure good grounding. Remove debris from the blade row, install the upper blade assembly and tighten the top blade knob to secure it, then install the lower blade assembly and tighten the positioning.

 

Power on and start with a jog, observe that the knife group is turning correctly. If it reverses, correct it immediately. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil between the blade rows and run them without load for 2-5 minutes to check for any abnormal noise. The idle time should not exceed 2 minutes.
