Use process:

1、Check the machine operation: start all the equipment such as elevator - conveyor belt - chopping machine - cleaning machine - air drier, and then let the machine run for 1-2 minutes to observe whether the machine is abnormal or unable to start.

2、Feeding at constant speed: After the machine runs stably, put the vegetables to be processed on the elevator/conveyor belt at constant speed for processing and conveying. Be careful not to input too much at one time, so as to prevent overload of elevator, blockage of chopping machine and accumulation of cleaning machine from causing material jam.

3、Automatic discharging: After the materials enter the conveyor belt/elevator, they will enter each processing link with the conveyor belt. After processing, the materials will be discharged with the last process. Be sure to place the material receiving frame under the outlet in advance.

The clean vegetable processing line can be used with the dehydrating line. Only connect the continuous dehydrator at the rear end of the clean vegetable processing line to form a production line integrating processing, cleaning and dehydrating machine.


How many machines are used for the vegetables processing production line, and can they be matched freely?

It can be freely matched. There is no regulation on how many machines can form a line, mainly depending on the processing requirements of the user. The normal standard processing line is composed of cutting machine - prewashing elevator/elevator - eddy current cleaning machine/bubbling cleaning machine - vibration draining machine - eddy current cleaning machine/bubbling cleaning machine (secondary cleaning, optional ozone/slag removal functions) - vibration draining air drier. Mode of maintenance:

Daily maintenance: after daily use, clean the vegetable leaves or impurities on the surface of the machine with water and rag, and then use a fishnet to remove the impurities at the filter tank.

Monthly Maintenance:

All moving parts of mechanical parts must be lubricated.

All chains, chain wheels, gears, gear racks and other moving parts shall be regularly added with lubricating oil or grease.
