Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), place the equipment on a horizontal ground and ground it, and check whether the connections of each component are tight before starting up. Start the equipment, start each component through the control panel, and confirm that the transmission systems such as the motor and hydraulic cylinder are running smoothly without any abnormal noise. At the same time, check if the waterway circulation is unobstructed and if all safety protection devices are functioning properly.


2. Cleaning process: Place the materials to be cleaned into the first tank. Use high-pressure water flow to flip and rinse the material. The cleaning time can be set through the control panel.
