It is suitable for materials such as carrots, white radishes, yams, lettuce, and gourd varieties, and is widely used in central kitchens, fresh vegetable processing plants, vegetable pre-processing plants, and food deep-processing production lines.

working principle:

Automated feeding: After the equipment is started, the operator only needs to input the raw materials from the feeding port, and the feeding mechanism automatically clamps and drives the materials to move forward without manual pushing.

Imitation peeling: When the material is subjected to a specially designed combination of cutting blades, the blades automatically adhere to the surface of the material, uniformly removing the skin and adapting well to irregular curved parts, significantly reducing pulp loss.

Continuous operation: supports uninterrupted feeding, with a stable processing capacity of around 300kg per hour, and a single device can replace 6-8 skilled workers.
