Usage Process:

1. No-load test run: Before connecting the 380V power supply, inspect the fasteners and power cords for damage, and check for any foreign objects in the barrel. Press the start switch to allow the machine to run idle for 1-2 minutes. Carefully listen for any abnormal noises or friction sounds. Only proceed to the next step after confirming that the cutter assembly and turntable operate smoothly.


2. Constant Feeding: After the machine runs smoothly, feed the cleaned potatoes into the peeling drum while turning on the faucet to wash away the peels. This machine is designed for batch processing, with a single feed limit of no more than 10 kilograms. Continuous feeding during peeling is not recommended. Once the potatoes are fully peeled, the machine automatically opens the cover, allowing the peeled potatoes to fall into the slicing and shredding station below.


3. Automatic Discharge: After the material enters the slicing and cutting device, it is guided along the shell wall by the rotating feed disk. The finished product is automatically ejected from the discharge port after being cut by the cutting disk. The cutting disk can be quickly switched as needed to produce filaments of varying thicknesses or slices of different thicknesses. Before operation, please place a collection tray below the discharge port in advance.
