It features an all stainless steel body with a 1.5 kW high power motor. Use process:

1、No-load test run: confirm that the power supply is 220/380V (customized for special voltage), turn on the power supply and press the start switch to let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for abnormal noises or rubbing noises and confirm that the internal cylinder runs smoothly.

2、Feeding at a constant speed: before starting the machine, input no more than 40 kg of materials from the round feeding opening above the machine. Be careful not to put too much materials at one time to cause uneven peeling. The filling pipe at the upper water inlet softens the surface of the material to achieve better peeling effect.

3、Automatic discharging: After the material enters the bin, it will rub and peel the material with the inside of the sanding machine under the rotation of high-speed centrifugal force. After the machine stops, open the buckle of the discharging port, and the material will automatically discharge along the discharging port in front. Be sure to place the material receiving frame or conveyor belt under the outlet in advance.

Can the machine handle Taro Peeling simultaneously?

Yes, as long as the bulbous vegetables (e.g. potatoes, taro, etc.) can be peeled at the same time, it is suggested that the best way to do this is to peel a single material, because the peeling time is different for each material.

What is the husking rate of the husking machine?

The peeling rate of the machine can reach over 95%. If the material itself is round or regular, the peeling rate can reach 98% at most.

Monthly Maintenance:

All moving parts of mechanical parts must be lubricated.
