Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), connect the power supply, press the start switch, and let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for any abnormal noise or friction sound, start the oxygen pump (vortex pump) and air valve, check if the bubble generation device is working properly, and check if the leakage protector and emergency stop switch functions are reliable.

2. Uniform feeding: After the machine runs smoothly, pour the required cleaning materials into the feeding port. The amount of bubbles (aeration intensity) can be adjusted according to the type of material. Be careful not to invest too much material at once to avoid material accumulation and incomplete cleaning.

3. Automatic discharge: After the material enters the silo, it enters the water tank and is fully dispersed and rolled by the high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles generated by the bottom aeration tube. Impurities and sediment are quickly removed from the surface of the material by the impact of the bubbles and sink into the bottom isolation bin. Floating materials are discharged from the overflow tank and undergo multiple processes such as bubble cleaning and high-pressure spray flushing. During material cleaning, the water flow and conveyor belt will transport animal materials to the discharge port.
