Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), connect the power supply, press the start switch, and let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for any abnormal noise or friction, and confirm that the cutting blade, conveyor belt, and other components are running smoothly.


2. Uniform feeding: After the machine runs smoothly, clean and peeled long fruits and vegetables (such as radish, cucumber, etc.) are continuously and uniformly fed into the slot from the feeding port of the conveyor belt. Be careful not to feed too much at once to prevent material accumulation from causing motor overload tripping or uneven cutting.


3. Automatic discharge: The material is conveyed to the cutting blade area by a conveyor belt, and is cut into sections, pieces, and other specified sizes by a reciprocating vertical blade clamped by upper and lower pressure belts. After cutting is completed, the conveyor belt automatically discharges the finished products. Please make sure to place the material receiving frame or processing line conveyor belt below the discharge port in advance.

Is the conveyor belt rotating slowly and slipping?

Loose conveyor belts are a common cause, which can be adjusted to an appropriate level of tightness through the tension bolts on the side of the equipment. If the surface of the conveyor belt becomes smooth and frictionless due to long-term use, a new conveyor belt needs to be replaced directly. In addition, if the ratchet or chain components that drive the conveyor belt are damaged, they also need to be replaced or repaired.

 

Is the equipment running with loud noise and vibration?

Check if the cutterhead is locked and if the blade clearance is too small, causing friction; The wear of the sliding sleeves at both ends of the blade group can also cause jumping. If the noise comes from bearings or gearbox, it may be due to insufficient or damaged motor bearings, gear or turbine wear. Stop the machine for inspection, add lubricating grease or replace damaged parts.

 

Maintenance method:

Daily maintenance: After daily use, remove the protective cover and clean the blades and conveyor belt with water and a cloth.


Monthly maintenance:

All moving parts of mechanical components must be kept lubricated.

All chains, sprockets, gears, gear racks, and other rotating components should be regularly lubricated with oil or butter.

All axis rotation joints should be regularly lubricated with oil.

Suggest checking the blade fixing screws for looseness every two weeks. The blade is passivated or chipped, and slight wear can be regularly polished by professionals. If the wear is severe, the blade needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
