Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (special voltage needs to be customized), check for foreign objects on the silo, connect the power supply, press the start switch, and let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for any abnormal noise or friction sound, and confirm that the operation is normal before feeding.


2. Uniform feeding: After the machine runs smoothly, the material can be fed from above the silo. When feeding, keep the materials evenly placed and do not add too much at once to avoid material blockage or damage to the cutting tools. If frozen meat needs to be added, it is recommended to control the temperature between -10 ℃ and 0 ℃. If the temperature is too low, the meat will be too hard and the cutting tools will be damaged. If the temperature is too high, it will affect the molding effect.


3. Automatic discharge: After entering the material bin, the material will be cut into regular cubes at high speed under the action of centrifugal force, and will be automatically thrown out along the discharge port. Please make sure to place the material receiving frame or conveyor belt below the discharge port in advance.
