Usage process:

1. No load test machine: A large vegetable slicer needs to undergo a no-load test machine when it is first used or restarted after a long period of disuse. Confirm that the power supply is 380V (special voltage can be customized), turn on the power, press the start switch, adjust the cutting size, and start the cutterhead and conveyor belt in sequence. Let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes, listen carefully for any abnormal noise or friction sound, and confirm whether the conveyor belt is on the right track and the cutterhead is running smoothly. At the same time, check whether all fasteners are loose and whether the power cord is damaged.


2. Rapid cutting: After confirming the normal operation of the no-load test machine, the cleaned and impurity free materials are continuously and uniformly fed from the feeding port of the conveyor belt. The maximum cutting diameter of the material shall not exceed the machine limit, and if the material is too large, it must be divided into blocks. The large vegetable cutter is equipped with a frequency converter, which can control the cutting size by adjusting the cutter speed and conveyor belt speed. The cutting length is usually adjustable between 1-60mm.
