Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), connect the power supply, press the start switch, and let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes. Listen carefully for any abnormal noise, friction, or vibration, and confirm that the conveyor belt is running smoothly and without any deviation.

2. Uniform feeding: Keep the material steadily fed during feeding. During the slicing process, the material transport speed can be adjusted in real time through a frequency converter according to the thickness and hardness of the material: when cutting hard or thick materials, the speed should be appropriately reduced to prevent vibration, and when cutting thin materials, the speed should be appropriately increased.

3. Automatic discharge: After the material is placed on the conveyor belt, it will be quickly cut into regular pieces by the blade and automatically transported out along the outlet of the conveyor belt.
